TROUBLESHOOTING


Q: “It says 100% complete but I have not taken the course yet!”

A: Is there someone using the computer before you used it? Be sure to log out of their account.


Q: “I have tried to log onto the training with the link you sent and all I have access to is the previews.”

A: Close out your browser, open it back up and trying logging in again.


That didn't work, it still says I have to pay or log in, but I thought I was logged in."

You are probably not actually logged in, or you aren’t enrolled in the right program. If you’re part of Cardinal, Elysian or another senior living program, someone has already paid for the course. You need to use that login link OR enter the special coupon code. If you do try to enter the code, click the $15k option and click “enroll,” and then enter the coupon code.


Q: “I don’t know why I had such a hard time with the quiz! I failed multiple times but can it get reset?”

A: Yes, I’ll reset it for you, but if you go back and look at the lesson, you’ll find that you have all the answers you need. You should also be able to tell which questions you’re getting wrong as you’re taking the quiz


Q: “I’m stuck at a certain percentage and it won’t let me get past the screen.” 

A: Close out your browser, open it back up and trying logging in again.
